Description
Micron is hiring a DRAM Product Validation Engineer to validate early-stage DRAM products with customers, perform system-level failure analysis, characterization, and qualification, and lead product qualification activities. The role involves running diagnostic software, designing experiments, analyzing data, debugging memory and system issues, developing custom diagnostic tools and validation strategies, and implementing automation for system-level testing. The position requires knowledge of computer architecture, Python, diagnostic software development, and the use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters; a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
