MP Materials is hiring an Applications Engineer for its Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas. The customer-facing role serves as a technical contact for current and prospective customers, translates customer needs into magnet specifications, coordinates samples and prototypes, identifies product and process improvement opportunities, monitors performance metrics, and delivers training and documentation. The position requires engineering education, rare-earth magnet and permanent-magnet-motor knowledge, customer-facing experience, and strong communication and project-management skills.
