Quest Global is hiring an experienced Site Design Engineer to design and optimize site layouts for fuel cell system installations, including equipment placement, power distribution, auxiliary systems, site surveys, permitting, and integration with existing infrastructure. The role collaborates with customers, EPC contractors, civil and product engineering teams, and focuses on cost-effective, code-compliant, scalable designs. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 10+ years of experience designing layouts for complex energy systems, CAD proficiency, and strong customer-facing and project management skills. The position is hybrid in Windsor, Connecticut, with three days on-site and 80% travel.
