Description
The role supports a woodworking or panel-processing machinery showroom by coordinating customer demonstrations, preparing and maintaining machinery, documenting feedback, assisting with software demonstrations, and helping customers resolve application problems. It also includes customer-site service and application support, travel by automobile or airplane, and special projects. The position requires an associate degree in engineering or a technical school certificate, 3–5 years of sales or technical experience, knowledge of woodworking or panel-processing machinery software and AutoCAD/CAD, and strong communication, mechanical, administrative, customer-service, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
