Description
The Applications Engineer I supports the development of new and existing SCS coating technologies, including parylene and liquid coating processes. The role investigates and implements process variations, resolves process anomalies, supports customer applications, coordinates with manufacturing and equipment engineering, maintains technical documentation, and develops costing and process documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least one year of engineering experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting; organic coating, liquid coating, ALD, PECVD, and Parylene experience are preferred.
