Description
The Applications Engineer will provide technical support, training, pre-sales and post-sales assistance, workflow optimization, documentation, and product feedback for Mastercam customers, channel partners, and internal teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of CAD/CAM or applications engineering experience, hands-on Mastercam experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes; CNC programming, machining, tooling, simulation, post-processor customization, CRM tools, and travel up to 25% are also mentioned.
