Synopsys is hiring a customer-focused Applications Engineer / IP integration specialist to support customers integrating Interface IP, especially PCI Express and high-speed SerDes, into ASIC and SoC designs. The role involves hands-on technical guidance, integration reviews, troubleshooting across RTL simulation, synthesis, floorplanning, timing closure, and silicon bring-up/characterization, plus documenting best practices, delivering training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve Synopsys IP products. The position can be based in Dublin, Munich, or Porto and requires 10+ years of relevant industry experience and deep semiconductor design/integration expertise.
