Description
The Applications Engineer Level 3/4 develops manufacturing system concepts, automation proposals, budgets, cycle-time and labor estimates, and technical scopes for custom automation projects. The role translates customer requirements into proposals, collaborates with mechanical, controls, and project-management teams, manages assigned opportunities, supports project handoffs, and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers. It requires experience in industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, applications engineering, quoting or estimating, or project management, along with strong communication, independent-work, and Microsoft Office skills; CAD, 3D modeling, Visual Components, and Spinfire familiarity is preferred. The position offers Level 3 compensation of $85,000–$105,000 and Level 4 compensation of $100,000–$125,000, with immediate eligibility for Axis benefits.
