Overview.ai is hiring a mechanically strong systems integrator / applications engineer to own the mechanical integration of AI computer vision cameras, lenses, and lighting into customer automation machines and production lines. The role involves reviewing CAD, guiding machine builders, commissioning deployments, diagnosing field issues that are actually mechanical integration problems, and turning field learnings into repeatable standards. It requires strong factory-floor experience, Mandarin and working English, and deep attention to tolerances, alignment, vibration, cabling, serviceability, and environmental protection.
