Description
The Applications Engineer will provide high-level technical support for Ansys Lumerical customers and channel partners, own customer problems throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, deliver training and professional services, gather customer requirements, test software releases, and contribute product feedback and knowledge-base content. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or physics field, at least two years of relevant engineering experience, optical and photonics simulation knowledge, familiarity with Ansys Lumerical or similar tools, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
