Standard Bots is hiring an Applications Engineering Manager to lead Applications Engineers across a West Coast territory. The role combines hands-on industrial automation work—such as commissioning robotic cells, reviewing integrations, and supporting customer installs—with team leadership, capacity planning, customer ownership, technical escalations, and territory standards. It requires 5+ years of applications engineering, systems integration, or automation experience, 2+ years of people management experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on experience. The position is technically remote but requires living on the West Coast and up to 25% domestic travel, with a base salary of $140,000 to $180,000.
