Synopsys is hiring a Principal Application Engineer focused on timing signoff for customer tapeouts. The role supports leading-edge chip designs by diagnosing timing, power, and signoff issues in PrimeTime and related tools, deploying new signoff features, translating customer requirements into product enhancements, delivering training and methodology documentation, debugging product issues, and mentoring applications engineers and customer design teams. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, is not remote, and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $240,000 plus potential bonus, equity, and other discretionary benefits.
