Synopsys is hiring a Principal Modeling Engineer, Field Applications to calibrate and validate semiconductor device models for advanced process nodes, develop compact models for customer OPC workflows, debug modeling issues, build automated validation and regression environments, and translate field requirements into product enhancements. The role supports strategic customer accounts, collaborates with R&D and product engineering, and is based in Austin, Texas, with regular interaction across Synopsys sites and customer locations.
