Synopsys is hiring a Principal Field Applications Engineer – Memory Characterization in Bengaluru, India, to support strategic semiconductor customers in deploying and adopting advanced memory characterization solutions. The role combines deep expertise in memory design, characterization, circuit simulation, library generation, and signoff with customer engagement, technical leadership, proof-of-concept and production deployment support, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have experience with memory characterization tools such as PrimeLib, LiberateMX, SiliconSmart, or similar solutions, along with simulation and signoff technologies including HSPICE, PrimeSim XA, CustomSim, Spectre, NanoTime, and PrimeTime. The position is remote-eligible but requires travel as needed.
