Description
Synopsys is hiring a remote Applications Engineering, Principal Engineer to deploy and evaluate ZeBu and other hardware emulation solutions at customer sites, debug complex ASIC and SoC verification issues across design, compile flows, and hardware platforms, and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The role also involves recommending virtual prototyping versus physical FPGA-based platforms, developing technical collateral, managing multiple customer engagements, and feeding deployment learnings to product roadmaps. Candidates need at least eight years of hands-on emulation or prototyping experience, familiarity with ZeBu, Palladium, or Veloce, HDL and HVL debugging skills, and strong customer communication abilities.
