Description
Synopsys is hiring a Principal Engineer for SerDes IP Applications Engineering in Ra’anana, Israel. The role provides technical guidance and hands-on support to customers integrating SerDes 112G/224G IPs into ASIC and SoC systems, conducts integration reviews, troubleshoots RTL, synthesis, floorplanning, timing closure, and silicon bring-up issues, supports system characterization, documents best practices, develops application notes, and delivers training. The position requires a master’s degree and at least 10 years of industry experience in IP design, ASIC/SoC integration, or related customer-facing engineering roles, along with expertise in high-speed SerDes, PCIe and Ethernet protocols, RTL and gate-level debugging, and silicon bring-up.
