Synopsys is hiring a Principal Application Engineer for DDR/LPDDR controller system architecture in India. The role works with customer architects and engineering teams to define memory subsystem configurations, evaluate bandwidth, latency, power, reliability, validation, and scalability trade-offs, support design-wins, translate customer requirements into product and R&D feedback, develop technical guidance, and train customer-facing teams. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least five years of experience in DDR/LPDDR architecture, memory subsystem design, SoC integration, silicon validation, systems engineering, applications engineering, or customer-facing technical leadership.
