Synopsys is hiring a Staff Engineer in Applications Engineering in Hsinchu, Taiwan, to provide ICV runset support, post-sales technical expertise, customer installation and customization, pre-sales support, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and product improvement feedback for foundry customers. The role requires ASIC design flow, VLSI, CAD engineering, EDA tool, verification, place-and-route, design reuse, and physical design knowledge, along with project management and strong customer communication skills. The position is not remote.
