Synopsys is hiring a Senior Staff Applications Engineer for its ANSYS portfolio in Taiwan. The role leads technical engagements with semiconductor customers, analyzes design workflows, builds and demonstrates custom power-integrity, signal-integrity, and EMI simulation workflows, provides deployment and training, and collaborates with sales, product management, and R&D. The engineer will be based in Taipei or Hsinchu and travel up to 60% across Taiwan and occasionally regionally. Requirements include a master's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline, at least five years of engineering software experience, direct experience with power, signal, and EMI simulation, ANSYS or competing EDA familiarity, English fluency, and Python scripting experience is a plus.
