Synopsys is hiring a Staff Engineer for Applications Engineering in Seoul, Korea, to serve as a senior technical expert on Material Information Management implementations. The role guides customers through deployment, integration, and adoption; connects materials data platforms with PLM, CAE, and enterprise systems; advises engineering and executive stakeholders; influences product strategy; mentors applications engineers; and resolves technical issues in live customer environments. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience in engineering software, technical consulting, or engineering roles involving product development processes and data systems, along with experience in materials data management, PLM integration, database systems, data modeling, and API-based integrations.
