Synopsys is hiring a Staff Engineer in Applications Engineering in Hsinchu, Taiwan, to support Silicon Lifecycle Analytics products for semiconductor customers. The role serves as the primary technical interface, troubleshoots yield analysis workflows and data pipelines, collaborates with customer and product engineering teams, delivers training, develops documentation, and participates in pre-sales activities. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor test, yield analysis, or product engineering experience, and proficiency with Linux, Windows, shell scripting, and a programming language such as Python, Perl, TCL, or JavaScript.
