Synopsys is hiring a Staff Engineer for Applications Engineering focused on PrimeTime in Bengaluru, India. The role drives PrimeTime adoption and competitive benchmarking, delivers customer training on static timing analysis and timing closure, supports tape-out troubleshooting, collaborates with R&D on product enhancements, develops TCL automation, and supports customers across the digital design flow. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 7+ years of ASIC/SoC design, timing analysis, or related experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience, along with deep PrimeTime knowledge, timing and signal integrity expertise, and strong TCL scripting skills. The position is not remote and requires travel to customer sites as needed.
