Synopsys is hiring an Applications Engineering, Staff Engineer in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, with remote work available anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on material information management (MIM), engineering software, technical consulting, and integrating materials data with PLM, CAE, and other enterprise systems. The engineer will act as a senior subject-matter expert, advise customers and internal teams, deliver workshops and presentations, influence product roadmap, and mentor colleagues. The posting requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong understanding of product development and data flows, hands-on MIM or enterprise materials data management familiarity, database and API integration knowledge, and experience with engineering data management or digital engineering workflows.
