The Specialty Coating Systems production role initiates DCR and NCMR activities, approves certificates of compliance, verifies coating thickness and Parylene lot travelers, cleans, masks, and demasks parts for engineering runs, develops masking methods, uses analytical equipment, trains employees, handles customer inquiries, and assists with root-cause failure analysis and cost-savings programs.
