Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time Applications Estimator to serve as the technical link between customer requests, sales strategy, and manufacturing proposals. The role estimates project costs, develops and reviews scopes of work, analyzes engineering drawings and vendor quotes, prepares bills of materials, calculates labor and engineering hours, generates quotations, and supports pricing, profitability, and process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant engineering or construction field plus 4+ years of estimating experience, or 5–8 years of direct estimating, costing, and technical sales experience in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. The position offers $115,000–$140,000 plus bonus and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
