The role focuses on product implementation, requirements scoping, field design documentation, change request testing, customer communication, training, demonstrations, workshops, and ensuring timely application deployment. Candidates should have a clinical university degree, experience with product or HIS implementations, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in Thai and English.
