Description
Cathay Bank is hiring a full-time Applications Support Analyst to respond to and resolve banking application support issues, administer application systems, perform installations, upgrades, and patching, maintain documentation, support disaster recovery, and ensure systems meet FFIEC security requirements. The role requires a BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of applications support experience, and knowledge of banking systems and interdependencies. Pay is $36.05–$43.27 per hour, with possible discretionary bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
