Description
The Applications Support Intermediate Analyst provides technical and business support for Citi applications, resolves user issues, coordinates with technology partners and vendors, supports application releases and disaster recovery, monitors batch jobs, and maintains support documentation. The role requires 4–8 years of experience, strong UNIX/Linux/Windows, SYBASE/Oracle SQL, networking, configuration management, monitoring, Java, middleware, and issue-tracking knowledge, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
