Citi is hiring a global, full-time Apps Support Senior Analyst to run and maintain production environments for critical reference data applications supporting securities, pricing, and rates. The role provides technical and business support, resolves critical incidents, supports application releases and continuity testing, improves monitoring and observability, implements automation, and serves as a primary subject matter expert for application, infrastructure, and operational processes. Candidates need at least five years of application support experience, strong Unix/Linux and shell scripting expertise, experience with enterprise monitoring, containerization, relational and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and financial-data applications, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and fluent English.
