Description
The Custom Applicator will apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides with precision equipment, calibrate and maintain that equipment, support daily agricultural operations, treat seed, and assist customers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it, a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, strong math skills, and prior farm equipment operation and maintenance experience. Compensation is $45,000–$75,000 depending on experience, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
