Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or consulting with a demonstrated track record of analytical delivery
Hands-on experience deploying or building with LLMs, generative AI, or automation tools
Strong working command of SQL and Python
Proficiency building dashboards and analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Clear communication skills
Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous business question and structure a complete analytical approach
Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering against timelines with limited oversight
Previous project or program management experience
Understanding of impact orientation
Experience contributing to adoption
Preferred Qualifications: Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce
Experience with advanced statistical methods — experimentation, time-series analysis, or applied ML
Hands-on experience with large-scale data infrastructure — designing data pipelines, working with modern cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
Prior exposure to working alongside executive or senior leadership teams
Experience identifying and solving systemic problems
