BlackRock is hiring a Vice President, Applied AI & Data Science to lead the design, development, deployment, and governance of AI-powered compliance capabilities across the Aladdin platform. The role combines machine learning, generative AI, information retrieval, data science, and production software engineering, with responsibility for AI strategy, intelligent workflow automation, semantic search, LLM and agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, responsible AI, and cross-functional technical leadership.
