Anthropic is hiring a Pre-Sales Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers across Japan, guiding them through Claude adoption from discovery and evaluation through deployment. The role partners with account executives, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams; supports Claude API and Claude for Work integrations; creates technical content; advises on architecture and evaluation frameworks; and occasionally travels to customer sites. Candidates need technical customer-facing experience, native Japanese fluency, business-level English, enterprise customer experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
