Cohere is hiring a full-time Applied AI Engineer, Agents & Automations to build reliable, user-facing AI experiences in North, Cohere’s enterprise AI workspace. The role focuses on agent builders, workflow interfaces, evaluation and observability systems, prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, and feedback loops that improve AI reliability in real enterprise workflows. Candidates should have shipped LLM- or agent-powered product experiences, be strong software engineers comfortable across backend, product, data, evaluation, and model behavior, and enjoy debugging production failures and owning ambiguous problems end-to-end. The position is remote-friendly, with offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.
