Adobe is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, version, orchestrate, and continuously improve autonomous AI agents and agentic platforms. The role focuses on reusable agent components, productionizing models, code-generation and tool-calling agents, prompt engineering, memory and resource management, and optimizing latency and reliability. Candidates need 3–5+ years of AI/ML engineering and backend development experience, production LLM API exposure, experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases, and strong Python, REST, event-streaming, data-pipeline, cloud, and containerization skills. The U.S. base salary range is $114,100–$214,950 annually, with a California range of $148,500–$214,950.
