Description
Apple is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-powered platforms and data systems for engineers working on sensing technologies and devices. The role focuses on connecting AI to organizational context through backend services, data pipelines, reproducible analysis workflows, agentic pipelines, continuous intelligence infrastructure, and collaboration systems. The engineer will partner with machine learning, algorithm, hardware, design, and human-factors teams and may work on internal tools that evolve into products. The position requires at least three years of software engineering experience, Python proficiency, backend or platform infrastructure experience, modern AI/agent framework experience, retrieval or knowledge-retrieval systems experience, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
