Appsilon is hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy production AI agents and generative AI solutions. The role involves creating agentic workflows with LLMs, retrieval systems, and external tools; integrating agents with applications and APIs; evaluating and optimizing agent performance; and maintaining solutions in cloud-based production environments. Candidates need production experience with AI agents, familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, LLM APIs, and Python backend development. The position is 100% remote with a flexible schedule and competitive B2B compensation.
