Fenwick is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI applications, agents, and workflow automations for attorneys and business professionals. The role partners with stakeholders, prototypes solutions, integrates AI capabilities with enterprise systems, evaluates AI models and platforms, and establishes engineering practices for agent development and operations. Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering experience, familiarity with modern programming languages and APIs, and experience with AI technologies, agent architectures, cloud platforms, and stakeholder collaboration. The anticipated base salary is $126,000 to $189,000, with a discretionary bonus for eligible employees.
