ICW Group is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain generative AI solutions that support insurance products, internal workflows, and customer experiences. The role centers on building reliable AI/ML pipelines and models, partnering with cloud engineering and MLOps teams to operationalize workloads on AWS, and using Snowflake for feature engineering and data preprocessing. Candidates should bring 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including 1–2 years in generative AI or LLMs, strong Python and cloud deployment skills, and familiarity with compliance, security, and modern MLOps practices. The position is hybrid, based in San Diego with regional U.S. office presence, and does not offer employment sponsorship.
