Description
OBX is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and improve production-grade AI and agent systems for software engineering and delivery workflows. The role focuses on integrating large language models with tools, APIs, and customer environments; creating evaluation frameworks and test suites; debugging failures; implementing observability, safety controls, and fallbacks; and optimizing latency, cost, reliability, and security. The engineer will work with platform, architecture, product, delivery, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, with responsibilities spanning backend development, model and provider integration, automated testing, CI/CD, and reusable platform capabilities.
