OpenAI is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to work with government and national security customers on secure, production-grade AI applications for cyber missions. The role involves technical discovery, building and evaluating AI-powered tools and agentic workflows, designing architectures with OpenAI models and APIs, and translating customer deployments into product and research feedback.
