SQUER is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to design and own AI-enhanced software products, apply LLMs and cognitive services in production, architect scalable data pipelines and APIs, lead technical workshops with product and customer stakeholders, mentor engineers, and represent the company externally. The role requires several years of software engineering and architectural experience, production AI experience, cloud-platform expertise, data and API architecture knowledge, leadership ability, and fluency in German and English. It offers hybrid work, a €5,000 annual training budget, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
