BoWatt is hiring an AI Software Engineer to partner with Martin on agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and AI capabilities for manufacturing software. The role involves designing AI-powered features, building multi-step reasoning agents, integrating AI systems with internal data sources, and deploying features into production. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering experience, including one year with LLMs, along with knowledge of security, data privacy, and data hygiene. The position is based in Germany, offers €70,000–€100,000 in salary plus equity, and allows fully remote, hybrid, or onsite work.
