OpenSesame is hiring a Workforce Reinvention – AI Engineer to scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for internal business operations. The role focuses on converting AI proofs-of-concept into reliable production systems, establishing reusable automation components, improving CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, and partnering with internal AI Champions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The position is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the United States, with up to 15 days of travel per year for most employees. Compensation is $150,000–$170,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
