PressW is hiring an AI Delivery Engineer to work within its AI Operations team, configuring and deploying custom Claude connectors, agent skills, and workflows for client implementations. The role involves building MCP connectors in Python, integrating AI tools with client platforms, troubleshooting deployments, tracking adoption and ROI, expanding AI tooling across portfolio-company functions, and contributing to implementation playbooks and go-to-market materials. Candidates need strong AI fluency, hands-on experience building or configuring AI tools, software engineering comfort, and strong communication skills; familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM behavior, context management, and finance-adjacent platforms is preferred.
