Open Cosmos is hiring an Applied AI Engineer: Space & EO (Data) to build practical AI applications using satellite and Earth Observation data. The role involves developing computer vision models, LLM-driven workflows, RAG and tool-calling systems, scalable API integrations, and production-ready AI solutions for the DataCosmos platform. The engineer will collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and partners, iterate on pilots, and contribute reusable AI components. The position can be based in any European location and requires the legal right to work in the chosen location.
