Sia is hiring an Applied AI Lead to join its Energy & Transportation, and Industrials practice in Edmonton or Calgary. The role is hands-on and technical, focusing on building, prototyping, and shipping AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows in client environments. The lead will integrate AI tooling with enterprise systems, data platforms, and operational technology; translate business requirements into technical delivery plans; support production reliability and troubleshooting; and contribute reusable technical assets and mentor junior talent. The position requires 5–8+ years of software or AI/ML delivery experience, hands-on Generative AI development, Python or another relevant language, cloud platform experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
