Cardo AI is hiring an Applied AI Manager to lead the design, delivery, and production deployment of complex machine learning and generative AI systems for structured finance data. The role covers the full AI lifecycle, architectural decisions, NLP and GenAI applications for financial documents, model reliability, engineering mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and AI adoption strategy. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams, structured finance knowledge, software engineering and AI/ML expertise, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and MLOps.
