Tipalti is hiring an Applied AI Scientist to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents that automate complex business workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, support, risk, and finance. The role owns agent architecture, tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, RAG pipelines, evaluation, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least three years of AI/ML engineering experience, and proficiency in Python and SQL; the role is based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid work model.
