Description
Blossom Health is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and ship AI-native product experiences for clinicians and patients. The role focuses on designing and developing LLM-powered systems and agents, owning AI features from prototyping through production, and building evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems. The engineer will work across models, prompts, tools, retrieval systems, and application infrastructure, collaborate with clinicians and engineers, and move AI capabilities into production. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field, at least two years of professional software engineering experience, production experience with LLM-powered applications, fluency in Python and/or TypeScript, and authorization to work in the United States with an in-person New York City schedule.
